1. What this policy covers
This policy describes how WebGears Services d.o.o. handles personal data on this website and in correspondence with clients and partners. Software delivered to clients is governed by the respective project agreement; software products we distribute ship with their own privacy notice.
2. This website
- The site is static. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts.
- Fonts are served by Google Fonts; loading a page sends a standard HTTP request with your IP address to Google, whose processing is described in Google's privacy policy.
- The hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, requested page, time) for security and operations, for a limited period.
3. Correspondence and business contacts
- When you write to us, we store your name, email address and the content of the correspondence for as long as needed to answer and to manage the business relationship.
- Contract and invoicing data of clients is kept for the periods required by Serbian accounting and tax law.
- We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except processors we use to run email and accounting, and authorities where the law requires it.
4. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, or object to its processing, by writing to hello@webgearsdev.com. We answer within 30 days. Data subjects in the EU and Serbia may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.

- The content of this site is provided for information only and does not constitute an offer. Project terms are agreed in writing.
- All texts, graphics and code on this site belong to WebGears Services d.o.o. unless stated otherwise.
